Even for TH Real Estate, one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world, making a splash at EXPO REAL can be a challenge. With over 2,000 exhibitors and 41,000 visitors attending Munich’s annual real estate fair each year, stands have to be both instantly arresting and packed full of engaging content to make an impact.

Article Ten has been helping TH Real Estate do just that for the last five years. Our digital, video and presentations services all come into play, stirring up excitement and creating engaging digital assets to produce events that get more impressive every time.

Multiple spaces to meet and mingle

TH Real Estate is a company in transition, and this year’s event was its last big show before it revealed its new branding as Nuveen. We had to strike the balance of creating a show-stopping event in line with their existing look and feel, while hinting at the changes that were to come.

We kept many details consistent with previous years’ events, including the shard-style backdrop, LED map, bespoke seating and meeting rooms.

All conceived, designed and project managed by Article Ten, with our Events team always on hand to ensure the fair went smoothly.

We also introduced some new elements, such as the wheel of fortune, which offers the player information on the new brand; and a 3D holographic video of the logo transitioning from TH Real Estate to Nuveen.

Once the deals were done for the day, we swiftly and smoothly transformed the stand into a party venue; lowering the lights and arranging music, food and drinks, as guests mingled and enjoyed the more casual atmosphere.

Going further for our clients

The fair was so successful that TH Real Estate has already commissioned us to manage next year’s event.

We’re assisting them in their evolution into Nuveen, currently creating a two-and-a-half-metre-high letter ‘n’ with digital faces, and refurbishing the gallery floor of their office.
